"I go for a run every other day and the best place to run here on the island is through the Sunken Forest. The Sunken Forest is a unique and beautiful maritime holly forest that grows out of the dunes on the bayside of the island. My runs are often interrupted by photo stops, there are so many beautiful motifs out there. One morning I saw this bright yellow bird sitting in the bushes and later found out it was a Yellow Warbler."
